Your New Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you will join our amazing Customer Care Team where you will be a central point of contact for our Home Care customers nationally. You will deliver quality customer service outcomes and solutions to customers and their loved ones who are looking for that extra helping hand, in and out of their own homes.

This role can be based in our Parramatta Office in Sydney. You will have flexibility to work a hybrid work model with most days work from home. This role enables you to bring your whole self to work and truly make a difference every day.

You will be the central point of contact for our Home Care Service Customers nationally, delivering quality customer service outcomes and solutions to customers and loved ones looking for an additional hand in and out of the home.

Duties of your new Customer Care Representative position:

  • Assist customers with their enquiries through Inbound and Outbound contact.
  • Identify solutions for customers in a complex environment to meet their needs.
  • Reviewing customer information and action incoming referrals in line with regulatory service requirements.
  • Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal and external customers.
  • Maintain industry knowledge by participating in relevant training and development programs as agreed.
  • Develop superior knowledge of Australian Unity products, service offering and consult with customers to match the best outcome.
  • Collaborate with branches to deliver a seamless experience to our customers.
  • A rotating fortnightly roster (8AM start and 5PM finish) Monday – Friday.
